Governing the purchase and gifting of Beautiful Calls through the A Beautiful Call platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“User Terms”) govern your use of the A Beautiful Call
platform (“Platform”) as a Buyer — that is, a person who purchases a Beautiful Call as a gift
for another person. The Platform is operated by A Beautiful Call Ltd, a company registered
in England and Wales (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By making a purchase on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agree to these User Terms in full.

2. Definitions

• “Buyer” or “User” means you, the person purchasing a Beautiful Call through the Platform.
• “Recipient” means the person who will receive the Beautiful Call as a gift.
• “Artist” means the registered creator who will deliver the Beautiful Call.
• “Beautiful Call” means a live, personalised phone call delivered by the Artist to the
Recipient.

3. The Service

A Beautiful Call is a gifting platform that allows Buyers to:

• Browse and select a registered Artist on the Platform.
• Choose a song, content type, or experience offered by that Artist/.
• Write a personal message to be delivered to the Recipient during the call.
• Provide the Recipient’s phone number for the Artist to call.
• Pay for the booking upfront through our secure payment system.
The Artist will then contact the Recipient by phone within the agreed timeframe (typically 3 to 5
days if not agreed otherwise) and deliver the live performance and personal message. The
Recipient will not be informed of the exact date or time of the call in advance — this is a deliberate
part of the surprise experience.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Buyer

By making a purchase you confirm that:
• You have the right to provide the Recipient’s phone number for the purpose of this gift.
• You believe in good faith that the Recipient will welcome receiving such a call.
• You will not use the Platform to harass, intimidate, or cause distress to any person.
• All information you provide, including the Recipient’s details and your personal message, is
accurate and lawful.
The Company operates on the principle of legitimate interest — gifting a Beautiful Call is a positive
and consensual act, similar to sending flowers or a greeting card to someone’s address. However,
the Buyer bears sole responsibility for ensuring the gift is appropriate for the Recipient.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment providers.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. The Company does not store your full
card details.
Prices are set by individual Artists and are displayed clearly on each profile page. All prices
are inclusive of the Platform Fee.

6. Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
• The Artist fails to deliver the Beautiful Call without reasonable cause.
• The Artist cancels the booking.
• A technical error on the Platform prevents the booking from being processed correctly.
Refunds are not available once the Beautiful Call has been successfully delivered. If you have
concerns about the quality or content of a delivered call, please contact us at
hello@abeautifulcall.com and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the booking date.

7. Content of Your Personal Message

You are solely responsible for the content of the personal message you submit with your
booking. You agree not to include in your message any content that is:
• Offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate.
• Defamatory or unlawful.
• In violation of any third-party rights.
The Company reserves the right to reject or modify any message that violates these guidelines,
and to cancel a booking without refund in cases of serious violation.

8. Privacy of the Recipient

We take the privacy of Recipients seriously. The Recipient’s phone number is shared only
with the booked Artist for the sole purpose of delivering the Beautiful Call. It is not used for
any other purpose and is not retained beyond what is necessary for the completion of the
booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary platform connecting Buyers with Artists and
Creators. We do not guarantee any specific emotional outcome from the experience. Our
liability to you as a Buyer shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.


10. Governing Law

These User Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms
affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
