Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction
A Beautiful Call Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data and
respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share
information when you use our platform at abeautifulcall.com (“Platform”), whether as an
Artist, a Buyer, or a Recipient.
We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our registered address is in England and Wales.

2. Data We Collect

From Artists:
• Name, stage name, email address, and profile photo.
• Bio, repertoire, languages, pricing, and other profile information you choose to provide.
• Payment account details (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store full banking
details).
• Call activity data: bookings received, calls marked as delivered, earnings history.

From Buyers:
• Name and email address.
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details).
• The Recipient’s phone number provided at the time of booking.
• The personal message submitted with each booking.
• Booking and transaction history.

From Recipients:
• Phone number (provided by the Buyer — not collected directly from the Recipient).
• We do not collect any data directly from Recipients beyond what is necessary to deliver the
Beautiful Call.

Technical Data (all users):
• IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected via cookies and
analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:
• Operate and deliver the Platform’s core service — connecting Buyers with Artists and
facilitating Beautiful Calls.
• Process payments and manage payouts to Artists.
• Send booking confirmations, delivery notifications, and service communications.

• Respond to customer service enquiries.
• Improve and develop the Platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance: processing necessary to fulfil bookings and deliver the service.
• Legitimate interests: operating and improving the Platform, preventing fraud, and
communicating service updates.
• Legal obligation: complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Consent: where we ask for your consent for specific optional communications (e.g.
marketing emails). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only where necessary:
• With Artists: Buyers’ personal messages and Recipients’ phone numbers are shared with
the booked Artist solely for the purpose of delivering the Beautiful Call.
• With Stripe: payment data is processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.
• With service providers: we use trusted third-party tools (hosting, analytics, email delivery)
that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• With authorities: where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data Retention

• Artist profile and account data: retained for the duration of the Artist’s registration.
• Booking and transaction data: retained for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes.
• Recipient phone numbers: deleted within 30 days of the booking being marked as
delivered.
• Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn.

7. International Transfers

As a global platform, your data may be processed by service providers outside the UK or
EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with
UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”) where applicable.
• Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: hello@abeautifulcall.com. We will respond
within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform and analyse usage. You
can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie consent tool. For full details,
please refer to our Cookie Policy.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your
data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted
connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our
systems.

11. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect
personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please
contact us immediately at hello@abeautifulcall.com.
